Where we deliver

We deliver to UK mainland addresses (Great Britain). We currently can't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses, or anywhere outside the UK.

Express delivery: £6.99
Free Standard delivery on orders over £50

Dispatch and delivery times

Our products are dispatched directly from trusted UK suppliers. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of being placed. This is a typical time, not a guarantee, and it can be longer at busy times or if there are courier delays. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

The delivery options available for your order and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders in more than one parcel

Because items come from different suppliers, an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't be charged extra delivery for this. Where tracking is available we'll send it to you by email.

Damaged, missing or lost parcels

Damaged on arrival: please email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing items: check whether part of your order is still on its way in a separate parcel. If something is still missing, email us and we'll look into it.
Lost parcels: if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us. We'll chase the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Goods are our responsibility until they're delivered to you or someone you nominate. Your legal rights are not affected.
