Terms of Service

1. About us

This website is operated by Tool Tech UK, a trading name of a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us by email at findandy_at@yahoo.co.uk. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

3. Products

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Product images are for illustration. Any guidance or reviews on this site are given in good faith, but you are responsible for using tools safely, following the manufacturer's instructions and wearing suitable protective equipment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock with our supplier, if we can't deliver to your address or if we suspect fraud. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses (Great Britain) only.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

8. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are supplied for domestic and private use, and if you use them for commercial or business purposes we won't be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

9. Use of this website

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Your personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supplier problems. If this happens we'll let you know, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can try to put it right.
